RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Unused, unworn and unwashed? No problem.

We gladly accept returns for store credit and exchanges for your shopping convenience. However, we strongly suggest taking advantage of our sizing information. In order to keep our prices competitive, we have the following guidelines:

Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner and tags intact. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to denial.

***Please note swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged if worn or if sanitary liner is missing.***

Due to the hygienic health laws of certain items, we require any product returned or exchanged to be in its original condition with all tags and sanitary protection intact, no exceptions.

We are not able to accept returns or provide a credit for any items on Clearance. Everything else is eligible for a store credit within 30 days of shipment. No return, exchanges, or store credit will be issued after 30 days. Returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date you received your order. However, please try to send your return back to us as soon as possible. 

We process returns within 5 days of receipt. 

Shipping costs of $5.99 will be deducted from the refund for the first item, with $2.99 deducted from each additional returned item in the shipment.  Graham Swim will provide a pre-paid USPS returns shipping label during the returns process.

We are NOT responsible for lost packages being returned to us. We are not responsible for packages dropped off and not signed for. Please be sure to give us a secured address.

***Not all locations in Hawaii and Alaska will be eligible for a return label.
***We do not provide return labels to US Territories or APO/FPO addresses.

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Graham Swim will exchange any item deemed defective (due to a manufacturing defect) within 15 days of shipment when accompanied with an original receipt. Graham Swim uses quality fabrics, however, we are not liable for any damage or fading due to highly chlorinated pools, hot tubs, sand, dirt, and tanning oils deemed as not normal wear and tear.

If there is a quality issue with the swimwear, please notify us at customerservice@grahamswim.com within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
