RETURNS

We are not able to accept returns or provide a credit for any items on Sale or Clearance.

Unused, unworn and unwashed? No problem.

We gladly accept returns for store credit.

However, we strongly suggest taking advantage of our sizing information. In order to keep our prices competitive, we have the following guidelines:

Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner intact. Please return items in the bags they originally came in. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to denial.

***Please note swimwear cannot be returned if worn or if sanitary liner is missing.***

Due to the hygienic health laws of certain items, we require any product returned to be in its original condition with all sanitary protection intact, no exceptions.

We are not able to accept returns or provide a credit for any items on Sale or Clearance. Everything else is eligible for a store credit within 21 days of shipment. No return or store credit will be issued after 21 days. Returns must be postmarked no later than 21 days from the date you received your order. However, please try to send your return back to us as soon as possible. 

We process returns within 5 days of receipt and will issue you a credit in the form of a code to the email address you used when placing your order after we have received back the item and inspected it. 

We are NOT responsible for lost packages being returned to us. We are not responsible for packages dropped off and not signed for. Please be sure to give us a secured address.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Graham Swim will exchange any item deemed defective (due to a manufacturing defect) within 15 days of shipment when accompanied with an original receipt. Graham Swim uses quality fabrics, however, we are not liable for any damage or fading due to highly chlorinated pools, hot tubs, sand, dirt, and tanning oils deemed as not normal wear and tear.

If there is a quality issue with the swimwear, please notify us at customerservice@grahamswim.com within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. 

 

RETREAT REFUND POLICY

Deposits are non-refundable after 7 days from making payment.
