Poor customer service/no response

I ordered this on December 27th thinking it would be here in time for my trip on January 19. The package shipping label was created on January 10th but not actually taken to the USPS until January 25th. I sent a message on instagram and a message to the inquiry email as that is the only way to contact. No reasons was given to me on where my package was at or if it would be delivered. Disappointed as I have ordered from here two other times and was satisfied but this time has burned me and I will not order again. If I would have gotten a response to any of my inquiries that would be different but no response and still not having my package on January 28th, after a month from ordering is ridiculous. Love it. Flattering cut and supportive top

This top is terrible quality. I wear a medium in EVERYTHING and this top is loose and the fit is very unflattering. The straps are very wide-set and the way they sit on my shoulders feels awkward. Very unhappy with this purchase, and there is no way to return/exchange.

I do love the swimsuits, but have tried to contact company about exchanging a few things and have not heard anything back.

Definitely Not as Expected

Flimsy top that flattens out the chest and the crotch of the bottoms were too long. Expensive for quality and took a while to ship.
